Freebies

Here you will find links to freebies from me that I have posted on this blog.  Click on the picture or the link below to access them.  Many of the freebies are Google Docs, but you don't need to request that I "Share" the document with you in order to download a Google Doc from me.  All you have to do is click on the download button at the top of the screen and save the file. The download button is circled in the picture below.  Hope you enjoy!

  5. Wow, so much you are sharing. Thanks. Such great ideas!

I would like to be able to get them as a regular copy rather than pdf since I would like to make revisions that fit my library and or add subtract info as suits my school and teaching. Would you contact me and allow me to do this? You have some differences that I don't want to confuse my kids about. i.e.: I use F not Fic for my collection. Thanks

    1. So glad you like them, Judy! Unfortunately, I have to keep the files as PDFs because of clipart and copyright. Also, if you don't have the same fonts loaded on your computer when you open the files in another form, it won't look the same. But maybe you can print off what you need and then cut and paste over what you what to change. =)

  8. The Biography/Autobiography powerpoint is great, but doesn't have the book descriptions to use for the worksheet. This seems like an awesome activity. I appreciate all your help :)

    1. Hi Holly,
I have uploaded a new version of the PowerPoint and worksheet. These now should flow nicely together. You can get to the PPT and worksheet from this page or from the Genres, iPads, QR Codes, a Guest Author, and More...post. Hope that helps! =)

  17. Just came across your blogspot last night. This is my first year as parent/volunteer librarian at our small 80 student school. The student's have not had any library skill lessons taught to them in over 3 years so when I was asked to run the library I got busy and started finding everything I could to teach them about the library. I loved your ideas, especially the author posters. The only poster I could not download was Patrick Carmen's. When I clicked on him I got Anna Dewdney's. When I clicked on hers it was hers. Is there any way I could get his? I am thinking about showcasing a different author each month and also make some posters of my own. Brilliant idea!

  18. Love your blogspot! Downloaded all the author posters except Patrick Carmen which wasn't working. Could you help me? Thanks!

  23. Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your generosity! These are a big help to me, who's been out the game for almost 10 years! I only have my classes for 30mins a week and find it very challenging to do lessons and check out books in that span of time.
